Founder & Managing Principal
Investor, operator, and entrepreneur with experience across the United States and Europe. Alexander founded SBC Capital to bring a long-term, principal-led approach to lower-middle-market acquisitions.
Prior to SBC Capital, Alexander built and operated businesses across multiple sectors, giving him a founder's perspective on what it means to sell a business and what owners care about most.

We started by helping businesses grow. SBC Capital began as a consulting company focused on helping private companies expand to new markets, accelerate digital transformation, and improve operational performance. We also supported founders by sourcing investment through syndicated deals.
We saw a deeper need. Through our work, we saw that many founder-led businesses were not looking for more advice — they were looking for a trustworthy successor who would preserve their legacy and take the business further.
We evolved to become that partner. That realization inspired us to build SBC Capital as an acquisition platform focused on acquiring, owning, and growing lower middle-market businesses across the US and Europe.
