Social Networking Start-Up "Tweakr" Chooses SBC as Its Private Placement Agent

Prague, Czech Republic — Founded in 2016, Tweakr's mission is to support people with the motto "be better today." People use Tweakr to enhance themselves based on collected feedback, to discover what matters to people and what's expressed about them, and to support others with priceless advice.

Tweakr was founded by three international scholars after their exchange term at EMORY University and their following road trip through the Silicon Valley. Highly motivated, the Czech, the German and the Slovak returned back to Europe and founded the company in Prague.

Tweakr won early support from a business angel with a background in banking, finance, and private equity. Initial seed capital is already in place and a second funding round is planned.
