Unavailability of our ITSM partner WeWebHosting

Prague, Czech Republic — Since September 15th, 2021, SBC customers reported service unavailability of their IT systems. After investigation of the outage, SBC specialists discovered that the hosting partner in Finland had disappeared.

"It's great misfortune for our customers and we deeply regret this happened." WeWebHosting "provided outstanding level of service and nothing in this commercial relationship foreshadowed this unfortunate outcome."

SBC is in contact with Finnish authorities to investigate the matter further and to help customers recover and address potential damage claims.
